Care Home Maintenance Technician – Full Training & Pension

Welford Healthcare in South Molton is seeking a Maintenance Operative to assist in the safe, efficient running of our care home. You will undertake general and routine maintenance of buildings, fixtures, fittings and grounds, and complete timely compliance checks.

No extensive experience required; an aptitude to learn, can-do attitude, and practical skills in decorating, plumbing, electrical work, PAT testing, and health and safety awareness are valued.
