What you’ll be responsible for
We’re looking for those who share a passion for making great-tasting and healthy food and who thrive on continuously improving the way we operate. Join our manufacturing team in Methwold, Norfolk.
Working as part of a close-knit team, your role will be to operate and engage in the production and packing of our products into their respective formats. You will follow a production plan, ensuring our lines produce the highest quality product for our customers as efficiently as possible, while adhering to stringent Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Quality standards/procedures.
Shift Pattern
We operate a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (nights). Nights: 18:00‑06:00.
Required Experience & Skills
- Background within a production/manufacturing environment with food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Relevant food safety qualifications.
- Working knowledge of health & safety practices such as manual handling.
- Team player with effective communication skills and ability to develop winning relationships.
- A curiosity and aptitude for problem solving as part of continuous improvement.
- A self‑starter committed to further self‑development.
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet.
