South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) is seeking a proactive Business Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, handling telephone and email queries with clarity and empathy. You will provide information, resolve simple issues and escalate when needed.

Reporting to the Enterprise and Business Manager, you will work with public and private partners to support a thriving regional economy. A hybrid working model is in place, with travel between offices and to events as required.
