  • Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, print specifications and production best practices.
  • Manage version control and asset organisation for all Global VM graphic files, ensuring teams work from the latest approved artwork.
  • Create, maintain and continuously develop the Global VM image, artwork and copy libraries.
  • Collate and manage approved copy from Marketing and Copy teams, ensuring all Global VM assets remain aligned with current brand messaging.

  • Liaise with Creative Agency, Global Marketing, NPD, Print Suppliers and cross‑functional partners to deliver efficient and effective design solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines, print deadlines and launch schedules, proactively managing priorities to ensure successful global rollouts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve artwork processes, file management and workflow efficiencies across the Global VM function.
  • Contribute creative thinking, graphic concept development and innovative design solutions that enhance the customer experience while maintaining brand consistency.
