Learning Support Assistant — 1:1 & Small-Group Learning

Academics in Abingdon is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their specialist team from September 2026. You will provide focused 1-2-1 support for pupils with autism, ADHD and other learning needs, helping with communication and social skills in a positive classroom environment.

The role requires patience and resilience, with prior experience working with learners with learning disabilities; a degree in Psychology/Sociology/Criminology or a Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable.
