We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Female Assistant Support Worker to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on helping others live more independently and confidently, and is built on compassion, respect, inclusion, and empowerment.

The Role
- Assist with personal care in a dignified way
- Encourage daily living skills to build independence and confidence
- Support individuals to achieve their goals
- Follow support plans and risk assessments
- Build positive relationships through a collaborative approach
Shifts
Compressed full‑day shifts (07:30‑20:30) on a structured 4‑week rotating rota.
About You
- Caring, reliable and motivated, treating others with respect and working collaboratively
- Committed to empowering people to live fulfilling lives
- Holds a care certificate or is willing to undertake a care qualification
- Possesses a full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
