Retail Customer Service Assistant

Location: Haughs – Denny Retail

Hours: 10 hours per week

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

About the Role

As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the site, ensuring everything operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Processing transactions accurately at the till
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store standards
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company procedures
• Supporting the smooth operation of the forecourt and store

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for customer service and helping others
• A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• Must be aged 18 or over (due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements)
