Hybrid Maintenance Surveyor — 34 Days Leave & Health Plan

Home Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to inspect homes across Twickenham, Uxbridge, Kingston and North & West London, ensuring safety, maintenance and regulatory compliance. You will oversee repairs to deliver high-quality homes for our customers.

You should hold a surveying qualification (HNC/HND or Degree, MCIOB) and have experience diagnosing property conditions, with CDM knowledge. This is a hybrid role requiring two office days per week and a valid DBS check.
