Bank Support Worker (Flexible Shifts) — Mental Health Care

Cygnet Hospital Godden Green in Sevenoaks is recruiting Bank Support Workers to cover annual leave, training, sickness and other absences. You’ll support nursing staff with admissions, assessments, and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.

We offer 12.5 hour shifts (day, night and weekend), full training including PMVA, DBS paid, shuttlebus from Sevenoaks station, regular coaching and an employee discount scheme.
