Customer Experience & Vehicle Logistics Lead

The Vella Group is looking for a proactive Customer Services Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle collections, deliveries and courtesy cars, and ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.

You will work with workshop and management to keep customers informed on progress, handle complaints calmly, and maintain accurate records and portals.
