Community Café Bar Supervisor — Lead Teams & Events

Arts Council’s Gregson Community & Arts Centre in Lancaster is seeking a friendly, organised Café Bar Supervisor to join our award-winning Café Bar team. You will supervise shifts, support staff and volunteers, and help ensure the smooth running of a busy community venue.

This permanent role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, pays £14.14 per hour (£29,411 FTE), and includes generous holiday entitlement, matched pension contributions and annual pay reviews.
