Dementia Care Assistant – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Wigan Council’s Heathside Residential Home is seeking dedicated care workers to support residents with dementia and help them age well. You will provide person-centred care according to individual care plans and ensure maximum choice, empowerment and safety in a residential setting.

You will be responsible for the safe administration of medication, working within departmental policies, and delivering high standards of care.
