Autism Support Worker – Community & Daily Living

Agincare in Shaftesbury, Dorset is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team. You’ll support two adults with autism and learning disabilities to live safely and happily at home and in the community, delivering 2:1 support.

Work with a small, trusted team, follow detailed support plans and communication strategies, and help them build confidence through activities like cinema trips, swimming, walks and meals out. A calm, patient approach is essential.
