In-Store Customer Experience Ambassador

John Lewis & Partners in Cambridge is looking for a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding service and maintain high shop standards.

You will use product knowledge to help customers, assist with till support and stock replenishment, and work flexibly across the shop to support the team.

Full training is provided; prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required, as development is offered within a supportive retail environment.
