Youth & Community Worker, Hospital Project Lead

Essex County Council is recruiting for a District Youth & Community Worker – Hospital Project in South Essex. Salary is £31,885 to £34,708 per annum on a fixed-term or secondment basis for up to 12 months.

The role supports young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with SEND) in hospital settings and beyond, with shifts across A&E, clinics and home visits, and involves supervision of other workers and flexible, community-based delivery.
