Empowering Children’s Residential Support Worker

Witherslack Group is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help young people rebuild their childhood and grow into confident individuals. You’ll support daily routines, assist with homework, and plan engaging activities, with evenings and weekends filled by meaningful interactions.

Salary £34,274–£40,640 with up to four sleep-ins per month (£80 each), attendance bonuses, a £1,000 Welcome Bonus after 6 months, and a £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months.
