Assistant Manager | Hospitality Leader, Flexible Hours

The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily venue operations. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, drive operational efficiency and lead a motivated team across shifts.

This role offers hands-on coaching, exposure to marketing initiatives, stock control, banking procedures, and opportunities to step into the General Manager role when needed.
