Facilities Maintenance Technician – Care Setting

HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep residents’ living spaces well maintained, clean and safe. You’ll handle maintenance tasks, fittings and basic repairs, with emphasis on quality and care in a care-home environment.

Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in maintenance, building and DIY, plus knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and IT basics. You will work in a supportive team, prioritising residents’ comfort and safety at all times.
