Youth Smoking Prevention Coordinator

Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Targeted Interventions Coordinator to lead CYP smoking and vaping interventions across Kirklees. You will work with partners to educate young people about risks, gather insights to shape programs, and expand learning resources for universal and targeted sessions.

The role requires delivering training, coordinating sessions with schools and professionals, and promoting meaningful involvement of service users.
