Families Housing & Wellbeing Support Worker

Justlife Foundation is seeking a Families Project Worker to support a caseload of families living in temporary accommodation, helping them access housing, health and wellbeing services and build resilience.

You will work with local partners, agencies and residents, recording key activity, assessing needs, and developing personalised support plans to enable progress toward stable housing and independent living, using a trauma-informed approach to empower engagement.
