About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated administrative professional to work from Heanor and collaborate with the Housing team. The role primarily supports the Tenancy Enforcement and Communities teams, but may also assist other parts of the business as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Housing Management and Tenancy Enforcement teams.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service by advising internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Update and manage IT systems and tenancy records.
  • Log and investigate customer complaints and related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient service delivery and accurate records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding and data protection policies.

Qualifications

Strong background in administration and excellent customer‑service skills are essential. Candidates should bring a ‘can‑do’ approach, work effectively under pressure, and perform well both independently and as part of a team. Empathy for customers and a proactive problem‑solving attitude are key. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
