Assistant Manager – Guest Experience & Ops Lead

Scape Guildford is looking for an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operation of the site, lead the sales process, and maintain the resident experience. You will work closely with the General Manager, supervise a team, and ensure health and safety policies are followed.

This role offers a 40-hour week, on-site duties, and the chance to develop with a growing global brand that values service, teamwork and community. Previous leadership in hospitality or student accommodation is beneficial.
