Property Manager: Field Visits, Guest Support & On-Call

The Travel Chapter Ltd in Rock is seeking a Property Manager to oversee guest-ready properties and coordinate with homeowners, cleaners and tradespeople. The role blends office coordination with field work, typically 2–3 days weekly performing property checks and supporting guests across the region.

You’ll ensure standards of cleaning and maintenance, manage schedules, handle guest queries, and keep precise records. Out-of-hours rota is part of the duties, with overtime paid where applicable.
