Youth Residential Care Advocate

Witherslack Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to assist young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in our residential homes. You will provide day-to-day care and help residents prepare for school.

You will plan activities, maintain a supportive environment, and work with the team to create personalised care plans. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is encouraged; DBS check is required, with training provided.
