Job Description:
St Anne’s Community Services in Leeds is seeking a Support Worker for a supported living service at 40 Kelso Road. You will provide person-centred care to five male residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, promoting independence, routine and wellbeing.
The role includes a mix of morning, late and sleep-in shifts, weekend and bank holiday work as part of a 24/7 rota; you may assist with medication, complete records and work with families and multidisciplinary teams.
