About the Role
As a Support Worker, your role will focus on building strong, trusting relationships and promoting the wellbeing of the young person in our care.
- Provide emotional and practical support in line with the young person’s individual care plan
- Help maintain structure, safety, and routine throughout the day and night
- Support with education, social skills, and life development
- Contribute to daily handovers, key documentation, and safeguarding practices
- Role model healthy communication, behaviour, and problem‑solving
- Work collaboratively with a small, consistent team to deliver outstanding care
