Salary: £12.95 per hour

About the role

As an Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.

You will maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may administer personal care and medication.

Sleep-in sessions will be required; you will earn an additional £60 per sleep-in.

Independent Living service

This role is part of our Independent Living service, which offers flexible, client‑driven care across a range of needs and living situations, from short‑term to 24‑hour support.
