Support Worker – Figbury Lodge

Location: 2 Mitchell Road, Canford Heath, Poole, BH17 8US

Salary: £13.90 per hour

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift Times: 3 x 07:45‑20:15 shifts, including alternative weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care in line with each service user’s care plan.
• Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing and hygiene support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion for all service users.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
