Senior Process Operator — Safety & Plant Optimization

INEOS seeks a Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of the plant and to manage engineering tasks under safe systems of work. You will issue Permits to Work, use analytical diagnosis to detect faults, and contribute to continual plant improvements.

Coordination with the maintenance team is essential to plan isolations and ensure timely plant activities. Strong communication, problem-solving and a proactive mindset are required to succeed in this role.
