HGV Workshop Shift Supervisor & Team Lead

Scania Limited in Thirsk is seeking an organized workshop leader to oversee a team of technicians and support staff, driving productivity and efficiencies. You will mentor apprentices and ensure work is authorised to a high standard while maintaining rigorous Health and Safety protocols.

You will communicate with customers to deliver excellent service, promote best practices on job card write-ups to prevent warranty rejections, and lead by example in running an efficient workshop.
