Mon–Fri | 37.5 hrs/week

Bryson Recycling is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join as Kerbside Loaders on a fixed‑term contract, starting 20th/27th July and ending 2nd October 2026. The role involves collecting and lifting recyclable materials on designated routes, working with drivers. It is physically active, team‑based, and demands a strong work ethic and professional conduct.

Must be available on the following dates:

• Interviews – 16th & 17th July
• Start – 20th/27th July

What you need to bring to the table:

• Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy
• Willingness to work hard and take direction in a fast‑paced, supportive team
• Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the community
• Excellent reliability
• Positive attitude and ability to work closely with drivers

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in a waste environment or manual role
• Full, clean UK driving licence
