Youth Support Worker – Empowering Futures in Durham

Depaul UK in Durham is seeking a Young People Support Worker (Day) to empower residents in supported accommodation, helping them build life skills and move forward with confidence in education, training, employment and wellbeing.

Using an assets-based, psychologically informed approach, you’ll create SMART support plans, complete risk and needs assessments, respond to incidents, safeguard clients and help new residents settle in.
