Care Home Maintenance Technician

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping to support residents at Morriston.

You will work with mechanical and electrical systems, carry out audits, repairs such as taps, extractor fans and wallpaper, and participate in safeguarding training to ensure a safe, well‑kept living environment for residents.
