Post-Sale Customer Experience Coordinator (Face-to-Face)

Splend is seeking an InLife Coordinator to maintain and enhance customer relationships after onboarding. This on-site role focuses on front-desk customer interactions, fleet coordination, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless experience across touchpoints.

You will handle vehicle exchanges, returns, inquiries, and coordinate with fleet and sales teams. A full UK driving license and weekend availability are required.
