FLT Driver (Reach Truck) – Full Time

We are looking to recruit FLT – Reach Truck Drivers who will be responsible for replenishing stock using a Reach Truck at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We offer a permanent full‑time position working 5 days from 7 each week, including weekends.

Pay, Working Hours & Benefits

Hourly rates: £15.07 per hour for day shifts; £17.59 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts. Full‑time employees are guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime is regularly available for those who wish to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and quickly replenish stock within the warehouse.
• Keep accurate records.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

Qualifications

• Previous Reach Truck (FLT) experience and a valid, in‑date Reach Truck licence.
• Physically fit and able to achieve productivity targets.
• A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
• Experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is an advantage, but not essential.
