Prison Reading Strategy Lead (Fixed Term)

Shannon Trust is seeking a Reading Strategy Coordinator at HMP Whatton to lead the delivery and implementation of the prison-wide reading strategy, helping people in custody to learn to read and enjoy reading.

You will work closely with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service, prison staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors to build relationships, drive a resilient, solution-focused approach and deliver impactful reading initiatives.
