Waste & Recycling Loader – Community-Focused Role

Serco in Charnwood is seeking a Refuse & Recycling Loader to provide a complete waste and recycling service for residents and businesses. With a professional, dedicated team, you will ensure streets and properties are kept clean while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work on a pre-planned route with the driver, serving as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services in the community and helping maintain a safe, tidy environment for all residents.
