F&B Reservations Specialist – Guest Experience & Upsell

InterContinental London Park Lane is seeking a Food and Beverage Reservations Team Member to join our Mayfair team with an immediate start. The role requires you to work 40 hours per week and to build relationships with regular guests, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and their preferences noted.

You will proactively upsell to drive revenue within private dining room spaces and handle guests’ queries efficiently, delivering service to high standards with teamwork across the hotel.
