Job Details

Annual salary: £14,650 (FTE); Fixed-term contract – 18 months; Full-time (35 hours per week); Liverpool city centre office base.

Responsibilities

  • Managing communications through CRM systems.
  • Supporting property administration.
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining key and fob records.
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Managing documentation and records.
  • Handling post and ensuring effective use of internal systems.
  • Supporting the team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Hungry to develop in the industry with a flair for customer excellence.
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn speciality housing management systems.
  • Team player with a drive to be a top performer.
  • A lateral and innovative thinker, a problem-solver, ready to get involved.
