Caretaker & Building Maintenance (30h/wk) – Community

Belong in Wigan is seeking an experienced Caretaker to provide maintenance services and be a visible, positive role model in the community. This role covers general building upkeep, health and safety, and helping keep communal areas clean and safe.

You will work around 30 hours per week at £14.45 per hour, with flexibility including weekends. Relevant skills include basic plumbing, electrical, joinery, gardening, IT literacy, and a current driving licence.
