SEN Behaviour Support Mentor – Long-Term Role

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor for a full-time, long-term placement at a dedicated SEN school in Bury St Edmunds. You will support pupils with SEMH needs, applying de-escalation techniques and building emotional regulation in a high-pressure environment.

You will work closely with school teams, implement tailored behaviour plans, and provide consistent, positive role modelling to help pupils engage with learning. DBS checks and safeguarding are priority.
