Flexible Teaching Assistant — Inspire Learning & Growth

Lift Broadlands are seeking several Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. You will work with teachers to help students access the curriculum, develop independence, self-esteem and social inclusion, and provide classroom support.

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is preferred, with a patient, empathetic approach and the ability to engage learners of diverse needs. This permanent role is 37 hours per week, starting in September, with benefits including LGPS
