The Regenda Group is seeking an Estate Caretaker to look after neighbourhoods in the Greater Manchester area. This hands‑on role involves minor repairs, litter picking and keeping communal areas clean, safe and welcoming on our estates in Oldham.
You will manage communal bin areas, respond to fly‑tipping incidents, assist with winter gritting, and ensure safe use of tools, equipment and vehicles in line with health and safety requirements. Flexible working options are available.
