Hotel Nights Receptionist
Location: Welcome Break, Ramada and Days Inn Stansted, Birchanger Green, Bishops Strotford, CM23 5QZ.
Start: Immediate. Hours: Flexible full‑time or part‑time. Pay: Up to £13.35 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift.
About the Role
You will be the friendly face guests see first and the helpful voice they speak to last. Tasks include smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, answering questions, keeping the desk organized, and creating a great stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensure everyone has what they need for a great stay.
- Handle bookings and payments, answer calls and guest questions, and keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
- Follow health & safety and security procedures, complete checks as trained, and elevate guest issues quickly and confidently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Enjoy delivering friendly, welcoming service and helping people feel at ease.
- Remain calm, organized and professional when it gets busy.
- Take pride in getting the details right—bookings, payments, and guest requests.
- Can work as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn new systems (full training provided).
