CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Shift Technician for our Heathrow site. The role covers 12-hour rotating shifts with maintenance across HV/LV distribution, HVAC systems, and BMS monitoring. You will perform CMMS-driven maintenance, respond to client issues, and help ensure regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates have City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2, strong building services knowledge, and experience with CMMS/BMS systems. Strong customer relations skills are essential.
