We are seeking an early‑rising Breakfast Chef to prepare and serve high‑quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for our guests’ day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items to order and in buffet service
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene
- Set up and stock the kitchen before service begins
- Monitor and control food waste and portion sizes
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Follow allergen and dietary requirement procedures
- Work efficiently during peak breakfast hours
- Coordinate with the front‑of‑house team on guest requests
- Assist with restocking and kitchen prep for the next shift
