Key Responsibilities

• Showcase Dyson Innovation: demonstrate the features and benefits of Dyson hair care technology and provide tailored product recommendations for each customer.
• Collaborate with the Store Team: work closely with colleagues to present the full Dyson product range and contribute ideas to improve the overall in‑store experience.
• Deliver Premium Customer Service: provide exceptional customer care, build trusted relationships, and support the team throughout the day.
• Drive Store Performance: support business plans and help achieve store targets by confidently sharing product knowledge to increase engagement and sales.
• Build Strong Connections: create positive relationships with store colleagues and offer support and teamwork during every shift.
