Senior Theatre Support Worker – Perioperative Care

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Theatre Support Worker (Band 3) at Kidderminster Treatment Centre. The role requires 12 months peri-operative experience and completion of the care certificate.

You will support theatre teams, circulate for scrub, handle specimens safely, and help with equipment prep in a four-theatre facility. The position offers 8am–6pm shifts, Monday to Saturday, with part-time and flexible working considered by experience.
