In the Lifeguard role, we will offer ongoing training and competency assessments as well as opportunities for first‑aid at work training, swimming‑teacher qualifications, and a variety of apprenticeship routes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise customers and other lifeguards using the swimming and pool facilities.
- Act safely, holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and overseeing operations of the building.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of customers.
- Deliver first‑class customer service, dealing with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Qualifications & Experience
- National Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
- Competent swimmer and safety conscious.
- Willingness to gain valuable life skills; if NPLQ not held, we support achieving it.
Training & Development
We provide ongoing training and competency assessments, first‑aid at work training, swimming‑teacher qualifications, and apprenticeship routes.
