Cannock Chase District Council is seeking a Building Safety Officer to lead day-to-day building safety compliance, asbestos management, legionella, and fire safety within the Housing Team. The role requires significant asbestos experience, preferably with P402 or P405 qualifications, and the ability to manage contractors and drive improvements across services.
Excellent IT skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.
